How to Delete Web Albums Imported from Dropbox, OneDrive or SmugMug

Steps

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to your digital photo frame’s account on pix-star.com
• Click on “Log in” at the top right
• Enter your @mypixstar.com credentials.

2. Navigate to the Web Albums menu

• From the left menu, select “View my web album”
• Click on the albums you want to delete from the list of external providers.

3. Confirm the deletion

• Click on “Delete/Unlink”
• A popup opens, confirm the deletion of the album.

4. Verification

• A green bar appears at the top of the page with a message confirming that the deletion has been completed.
