Since the Tenker digital photo frame isn\u2019t Wi-Fi or cloud-capable, you don\u2019t have access to any online methods for sending photos to the frame. The only way to send photos to the Tenker digital photo frame is by loading them onto a supported and compatible USB\/SD card \u2013 inserting it into the frame\u2019s relevant ports (found on the sides of the frame). Can the Tenker digital photo frame play video and audio?<\/h2> 
Tenker digital photo frames are multimedia compatible. You can play both videos and audio on the frame \u2013 though you need to make sure they match the supported formats to be received and played correctly.\n\nSupported video formats include AVI, MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPG, VOB, and MKV. You\u2019re best off sending 720p videos. Partial 1080p videos are supported \u2013 but you\u2019re far more likely to run into issues trying to play them on the frame.\n\nSupported audio formats include MP3, MPEG, AAC, WMA, OGG, APE, and WAV. Try to keep the audio files short (less than 2-minutes), as longer clips can run into compatibility and playability issues.
