If the language in your iphone\/iPad is not English or French and you install the Pix-Star Snap iPhone\/iPad app depending on the iphone “Preferred Language Order” settings it might happen that the app will be in French whereas you most probably would prefer to have it in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a configuration in the iPhone\/iPad and it is easy to change by following the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Go to the menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SETTINGS > GENERAL > LANGUAGE & REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Here you see something called:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Language Order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- inside this list MAKE SURE that you have<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENGLISH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEFORE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FRENCH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(and not the opposite).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

if needed change this order by clicking on <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EDIT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

at the UPPER RIGHT of this window<\/strong>, then inside you can move up the “english” choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
