Make sure you add the video as an attachment to the email, don\\u2019t drag and drop it into the \\u201cbody\\u201d section of the email. This might only drop the link to the video and not the actual video.<br\/><br\/>Digital picture frames don\\u2019t support web album videos. Web album videos are those in social media albums or created a web account (through the web interface). This is because of harsh compression when linking web album videos.
